Warranty Information

At VitaTemp by LST Vita, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. All temperature sensors and gateways include a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship of the temperature sensor or gateway.
  • Repair or replacement (at our discretion) of defective devices returned within the warranty period.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
  • Consumables such as batteries.

Warranty Claim Process

Contact Technical Support

If you believe your device is defective, please contact our Technical Support team for troubleshooting assistance. If the device is determined to be defective, our team will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship the Device Back

You must ship the defective device to us, along with the RMA number clearly noted on the package. Shipping costs to return the device are the responsibility of the customer.

Testing and Repair

Once received, we will test the device. If covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the device at no charge and return it to you.

Important Notes

No Advance RMA: Replacement devices are not shipped prior to receipt and testing of the defective unit.

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Proof of purchase may be required.
