30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your VitaTemp purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- 1Contact Our Support Team
Reach out to us via email or phone to request a return:
- 2Obtain an RMA Number
Our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.
- 3Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include all accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
- 4Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return Requirements
Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories
Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
An RMA number must be obtained before shipping any returns
Returns without an RMA number may be refused or delayed
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or a replacement for a defective item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@vitatemp.us or 281-519-6473. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, including covering return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
