If you don't see your temperature sensor in the app, that means you didn't activate the device.  Once you activate the temp sensor, it will show in your app.

The gateway LoRa LED is not turning green. What's wrong?

A non-green LoRa LED usually indicates connectivity issues. Check that the ethernet cable is properly connected and your internet is working. The gateway may take up to 5 minutes to establish connection on first setup.  If you are running a firewall, make sure you are not blocking data from your LoRaWAN Gateway.
